FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA - The Nutcracker, a beloved holiday ballet performed annually by the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra and the NAU Music and Dance Academy, is back again this year! Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker is a two-act ballet that follows Clara’s dream adventures as she battles mischievous mice, charms the Sugar Plum Fairy, and dances with the prince. Whether this is your first time, or you’ve been going for years, The Nutcracker is a classic holiday tradition not to be missed!

The full performance of the Nutcracker Ballet is on Friday and Saturday, December 6th and 7th, at 7:30 p.m. in NAU’s Ardrey Memorial Auditorium. The Lollipop Matinee, our family-friendly shortened version of the full ballet, will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 7th.
