She launched Jen Nordstrom Accounting in 2022 with a mission to help clients smooth financial peaks and valleys, implement advanced tax planning strategies and gain full control of their financial futures. Her innovative approach has tripled the firm’s revenue in just three years, leading to an expansion and the hiring of an all-female staff, including a tax supervisor and a career-transitioning tax accountant.
