NAU secures grant to reimagine career services for students

Earlier this year, Northern Arizona University received a $299,979 grant from the Strada Education Foundation and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) helping to make it easier for students to access career support on campus.

According to a newsletter, NAU and several other universities throughout the country received the Innovation in Career Services grant to fund initiatives meeting where students are with career-readiness resources. At NAU specifically, a dollar-for-dollar match from the president of the university, José Luis Cruz Rivera, will put the grant at a grand total of $599,985 over the next two years.
