PUBLIC AUCTION SALE NO. 01-00001

Pursuant to 43 U.S. Code § 1713, notice is hereby given that United States of America through its Department of the Interior (DOI) will sell at auction to the highest and best bidder at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Coconino County Courthouse, 200 N. San Francisco St., Flagstaff, AZ, 86001, or another location to be announced no less than seven (7) days prior to the auction, Grand Canyon National Park to wit:

Beginning at a point on the present south boundary of Grand Canyon National Park, being the northeast corner of township 30 north, range 1 east, of the Gila and Salt River meridian, Arizona . . . etc. (For full legal description of GCNP boundaries, refer to 16 USC Chapter 1, Subchapter XXIV: Grand Canyon National Park (hereafter referred to as "The Park").

TOTAL ACRES CONTAINING 1,218,375 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

LOCATION: THE SOUTH ENTRANCE TO GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK IS 6 MILES NORTH OF THE TOWN OF TUSAYAN, ARIZONA.

BENEFICIARY: U.S. GOVERNMENT, GENERAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

The complete legal description of Land Sale No. 01-00001 (the “Sale Parcel�) is available in its respective file.

The Sale Parcel has been appraised at $1,800,000,000.

There are no reimbursable improvements on the Sale Parcel.

The complete file associated with the above-described Sale Parcel is open to public inspection at the DOI, 1846 C Street NW, Washington, D.C., 20240, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., exclusive of weekends and holidays. BIDDING INFORMATION:

Prior to the date of the auction, a prospective bidder shall perform their own due diligence including, without limitation, donating to the re-election campaign of the members of Congress whose vote in favor of this sale in order to eliminate the national debt is published in the Congressional Register.

On the date of the auction, a prospective bidder, or an authorized representative of interested foreign entities (hereafter refered to as “China�), shall attend on behalf of the prospective bidder.

Prior to the start of the bidding, a prospective bidder must show the DOI’s representative a Cashier’s Check made payable to “The Office of the President of the United States� in the amount of $100,000,000.

Bidding will begin at the Appraised Value of �$1,800,000,000.� Additional bidding must be made in increments of $1,000,000.

A Registered Bidder whose bid is declared the highest and best bid shall be deemed the “Successful Bidder.� The amount of the highest and best bid shall be deemed the “Sale Price.�

TERMS OF THE SALE:

The Sale Parcel shall be purchased in an “AS-IS� condition “WITH ALL FAULTS�, with no representation or warranty being made by the DOI of any type or nature.

A protest of this sale must be filed within 30 days after the first publication of this announcement in accordance with 43 U.S. Code § 1713.
