Coconino County Year in Review: Leadership changes shape much of 2024

While election years can naturally bring leadership changes to any government, Coconino County saw plenty of movement even without a shocking result in November. With a new county manager, deputy county managers, a new presiding judge of superior court, a new sheriff, a new county attorney and a new recorder, the county underwent a significant shift.

Multiple projects took a step forward in 2024 as well, with an expenditure limit increase allowing for Coconino County to continue performing its duties as normal without being forced into tough decisions for the future.
