Coconino County Superintendent of Schools聽Cheryl Mango-Paget announced recently that interviews will be conducted for the open seat on the Grand Canyon Unified School District Governing Board.
An advisory committee, consisting of district residents and a current board member, has been assembled to conduct interviews and provide recommendations to Mango-Paget regarding the appointment.
The superintendent is also seeking public input on the appointment of the governing board member. Community members are asked to share input on the two candidates, Ashton Bedford and Daniel Hendrix, via email at [email protected].
The last day for public input is Friday, Jan. 17.
