After winning the Arizona state competition, a team of culinary students from Flagstaff High School (FHS) will be competing at the ProStart National Invitational competition in Baltimore at the end of this month.
The group is all in FHS’s culinary competition skills class, taught by Courtney Prajapati. Students need to take three different culinary classes as prerequisites, one of which includes earning a service manager's license.
