Initial results show a majority of support for Flagstaff and Coconino County propositions

6 p.m. update: Mountain Line, Coconino County and a representative of the Flagstaff Abortion Alliance have shared their thoughts on the initial results for several ballot measures.

The increase and continuation to the transit tax (Proposition 488) currently has 56.31% of votes in favor of its proposition, or 14,763 votes. Mountain Line CEO Heather Dalmolin said the organization had anticipated “a close vote� and focused on communicating how the funds would be used.
