The Flagstaff Police Department and Coconino County Sheriff's Office would like to make the following sex offender notifications:
Ronald Nelson Begay, 56, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of attempted sexual abuse in 2012.
Raymond Desmond, 50, is listed at 1795 North West Street in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sexual conduct of a minor in 2002.
Xavier Justice Hamidreek, 32, is listed at 2520 East Lucky Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sex abuse of a minor in 2017.
Richard Ballard Jahns III, 38, is listed at 220 East Butler Avenue in Flagstaff. He was convicted of rape in 2001.
Troy Allen Linn, 77, is listed at 1905 East Maple Avenue in Flagstaff. He was convicted of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes in 1996.
Andrew Al Littleman, 44, is listed at 4185 East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of abusive sexual contact with a victim under 13 in 2019.
Justin Manheimer, 37, is listed at 2520 East Lucky Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of kidnapping for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act by force and sexual abuse of a minor in 2018.
Richard Dale Mason, 65, is listed at 3800 East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of attempted sexual conduct with a minor in 2014.
William Fredrick Ornelas, 64, is listed at 2520 East Lucky Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of molestation of a child in 1986.
Sex offender notifications are required by Arizona law. They are not wanted by the law enforcement at this time. Resident abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated by the police department.
