What to make of the National Climate Assessment about global warming's impact on US

The was released earlier this week, examining the science and effects of the warming climate on the United States. The origins of this report come from the 1990 Global Change Research Act — congressionally mandating the periodic report that reviews the most recent physical evidence of the warming climate and its impact on the U.S., including economy, farming and health.
