With both finishing among the top 6 teams in Division II this spring season, the Coconino Panthers and Flagstaff Eagles accounted for 13 of the 25 players recognized within the Grand Canyon Region by the Arizona Interscholastic Association.

A total of seven Eagles and six Panthers were among the Grand Canyon Region's First Team, Second Team and honorable mentions. 

For Coconino, seniors Ava Gray and Lucy Stiegler were named All-Region First Team as the pair served as the Panthers' No. 1 pairing during the season. Finishing with a 12-3 record between the regular season and Division II state tournament, two of Gray and Stiegler's losses came against two of the division's top 5 teams. 

Senior Laurel Cernohous and sophomore McKenlee Lund were selected to the region's second team as Coconino's twos during the season, finishing with a 12-4 record as they played in all 16 of Coconino's matches. Seniors Payton Phillips and Raleigh Poulter rounded out Coconino's honorees as they were named honorable mentions.

Flagstaff's ones pairing of seniors Sophie Krassner and Macie Moseng finished 10-1 in the Eagles' 11 regular-season matches, with the lone loss coming against the Fountain Hills pairing of Kitrick Garman and Jocelyn Bloedel who were later seeded No. 4 in the D-II Pairs State Championship tournament. The seniors finished the D-II Team State Championship tournament with a 2-1 record, dropping a match to Estrella Foothills' Abby Stenz and Autumn Hill, who were later seeded No. 2 in the pairs state tournament.

Senior Gabriela Saucedo Salas and junior Lillian Hartman were named to the region's second team. The duo played seven matches together at twos spot during the season, finishing with a perfect 7-0 record. Hartman won six more matches at the twos during the season, including three in the D-II playoffs alongside sophomore Brynn Hagerman.

Hagerman, sophomore Nidaya Nez and freshman Harleigh Moseng were named honorable mention for the region as well, with the latter two Eagles playing together at the fours for the final seven matches and earning a 7-0 record with three postseason victories.
