The Coconino County Board of Supervisors is proposing tax increases on primary and secondary tax rates for the coming fiscal year.

Arizona law allows for counties to increase their primary property taxes by up to 2% each year, with Coconino County鈥檚 increase equating to $0.95 per year per $100,000 of assessed value. The proposed increase will shift Coconino County鈥檚 primary property tax to $48.30 per $100,000 of assessed value from the current rate of $47.35.
