Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD) is seeking public input on a request to name the athletic field at Flagstaff High School after Rick Smith.Â
According to an April 21 announcement posted to the district's website, a group of community members has submitted this request. FUSD's policies and procedures around naming facilities (which were recently updated) are to request input from school and community members before a naming review committee makes a recommendation to the superintendent.
