Prescott lawmaker seeks to allow cameras in private rooms in nursing homes

PHOENIX -- Saying it will prevent abuse, a Prescott lawmaker wants to ensure that residents of nursing homes have the ability to install cameras in their private rooms.

And the legislation crafted by Republican Rep. Quang Nguyen also would apply to those in assisted living.
