The Fibonacci Sequence takes on new forms in “The Golden Mean� exhibit

Now at Coconino Center for the Arts, patrons can dive into a unique exhibition fundraiser that has a Fibonacci Sequence focus� “The Golden Mean�. The exhibit raises money for both the Coconino Center for the Arts and local artists whose work is in the exhibition. “The Golden Mean� debuted on January 18 and will be running until February 8.

As described by the Coconino Center for the Arts on the exhibit’s webpage, “The Golden Mean is represented in the Fibonacci Sequence, in a series of numbers where each number is the sum of the two preceding numbers.�

The exhibition features the work of artists such as Shonto Begay, Dawn Kish, Bryan David Griffith, Angela Yamauchi, Greg Brown, Mark Neumann, Gwen Waring and more!

“The Golden Mean� exhibition houses over 100 pieces from over 66 artists.
