Former President Donald J. Trump is running for office once again. He was defeated by sitting President Joe Biden in the 2020 election. When the former president stepped into the political arena for the 2016 election he was mostly known as a political outsider. Up until that point, he was known as a New York businessman, tabloid star and the host of his own reality television show. However, Associated Press reporter Jill Colvin said Trump is now entering the race in a different light. “This time, Trump is running as a very different candidate. He was impeached twice while he was in office and is now facing a slew of criminal investigations. He's already been indicted twice,� Colvin said.
