Roughly a quarter of North Leroux Street’s 100 block in downtown Flagstaff is in the process of being demolished while a concept plan for a new hotel is in review for the parcel located directly behind the demolition sites at the corner of West Birch Avenue and North Beaver Street.
Submitted on March 24 and issued on April 23, the commercial demolition permits call for the removal of all structures, buildings, hardscape, parking, site walls and landscaping at both 111 and 123 N. Leroux St., according to the City of Flagstaff’s planning information. Previously, 111 N. Leroux had been , with city approval for four residential units on top of the existing retail.
