On Wednesday, the Arizona Community Foundation (ACF) of Flagstaff announced its grant of $24.570 to Catholic Charities Community Services in response to funding shortages and the needs of the community.
Catholic Charities will utilize the funding for housing assistance programs across northern Arizona for clients experiencing serious mental illness. Additionally, the nonprofit has the only emergency shelter serving individuals and families in the Bullhead City area and the grant will also support food insecurity relief in Bullhead City.
