Six years after initially buying the property for just under $5 million, Northern Arizona University has placed the 1.26-acre property that includes the former Granny’s Closet restaurant back on the market.
Listed by Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, the property does not have a publicly available price but has been available since Aug. 16.
