The City of Flagstaff has published its annual implementation plan for its 10-year housing goals as Flagstaff's median sales price for residential homes increased in May.
Flagstaff's city council adopted a 10-year housing plan in 2022 after declaring a housing emergency for Flagstaff in late 2020.
