Flash flood conditions on Sunday caused multiple vehicles to be stuck in water, traffic lights to stop working and underpasses to become treacherous throughout Flagstaff.
The intersection at Butler Avenue and Fourth Street was closed at one point due to the influx of water, and the underpass near Milton and Route 66 was facing long delays.
