Speaking of traffic safety, I heartily approve the crosswalk at Route 66 and Metz Walk. Had I my way, I would approve another at the foot of Forest Meadows and Highland Mesa. Seriously, the traffic light at Riordan and 66 has improved life multifold. So what is my beef? It is the obsession with roundabouts vs. four-way stops. I'm an unabashed four-way stop fan, and I feel that the roundabouts are getting out of control. The Plaza Way and Yale Street intersection is right where it needs to be.
