Letter to the Editor: Time for SCOTUS to defend the Constitution

On April 13, Mr. Wolf stated in a letter to the editor, “Trump and Elon are not by any definition fascists.�� I want remind Wolf that the Trump administration has detained and deported students, in country on legal visas, for attending protests, deported legal residents and have detained U.S. citizens when returning from trips abroad. President Trump has made it clear that he will not tolerate dissent and stated that he would like to deport U.S. citizens for certain crimes, wants to suspend habeas corpse, pardons his supporters (Jan. 6 felons and governor kidnap conspirators), persecutes his detractors (free press and universities) and deploys the National Guard to protests. And now he has a military parade ($40M?) on his birthday!

If anyone needs more information regarding Trump’s political ideology, I urge them to read “Fascism�� by Madeline Albright, one of America’s great diplomats and political minds.
