Seeking to continue developing a connection with the Flagstaff community, Northern Arizona University (NAU) is collaborating with Matador Coffee Roasting Company for its first locally owned foodservice brand on its campus.
Three locations are now branded with the Matador name via the partnership with NAU Campus Dining, including Matador at Scholar’s Corner in Cline Library, Matador at Bean & Beaker in the Science Lab Facility and a third, simply named Matador Coffee, inside of University Union near the information desk.
