City of Flagstaff mulls sale of vacant lot on Butler Avenue

The City of Flagstaff is preparing to sell an undeveloped parcel of city-owned land adjacent to Butler Avenue that has sat vacant since the 1990s.

â€�365betÌåÓýÔÚÏßÊÀ½ç±­, I want to tell you a little story about a small parcel which has had an outsize impact on staff resources for the past couple decades,â€� the city’s real estate manager, Bryce Doty, told city council on Tuesday, March 11.

The City of Flagstaff is preparing to sell an undeveloped parcel of city-owned land adjacent to Butler Avenue -- which has sat vacant since the 1990s. 

City to Sell Butler Lot

The lot at 116 E. Butler Ave. was originally acquired in 1991 when the city was improving the roadway.
