Judge Elaine Fridlund-Horne, who has served on the Coconino County Superior Court since her election in 2010, will retire on April 30. The Coconino County Commission on Trial Court Appointments is now accepting applications to fill the vacancy that Fridlund-Horne’s retirement will create.
Fridlund-Horne currently oversees Division IV of the court, hearing cases on adoptions, minor dependency, domestic violence involving children, custody and visitations.
