Poverty with a View: JoJo's Place in first year of providing transitional housing in Flagstaff

Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona (HSNAZ) opened its latest transitional housing development to residents in February.

The organization spent $7.7 million to purchase a motel on Route 66 and convert it into 44 furnished studio apartments meant to help low-income households transition out of homelessness and into permanent housing.

JoJo's Place on East Route 66 is a transitional housing development that was opened in February 2024 by Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona and consists of 44 furnished studios for households experiencing homelessness in Flagstaff.
