The National Weather Service (NWS) office in Bellemont recorded 0.09 inches of rain falling at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport on Sunday, the first measurable rain for City of Flagstaff since May 7.
June 1's rainfall was the first measurable total on the date since 1991's daily record of 0.31, though there 2023 included a trace amount, according to NWS records. The single-day record for precipitation in the first week of June was set in 2015, as exactly 1 inch fell on June 5.
