Off Road Vehicles (ORV) in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

The National Park Service issued a new rule for off-road vehicle (ORV) use at the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

The rule prohibits the use of ORVs and street-legal all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) on approximately 24 miles of park roads. However, 388 miles of park roads remain within Glen Canyon with opportunities for a diverse collection of motorized and nonmotorized recreation forms.
