Listed with a minimum bid of $5,340,000, last week鈥檚 auction for the 17.23-acre parcel located at the southeast corner of Fourth Street and East Butler Avenue was canceled indefinitely by the Arizona State Land Department.
According to the Arizona State Land Department, no bidders participated in the auction at the Coconino County Courthouse, leading to the cancellation.
